Terms of Service

Last Updated: June 28, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Longeron platform and any of its web or mobile applications and modules — including AvPics (web and the AvPics iOS mobile app), the Filing Assistant, QuoteDeck, the Finance module, Station, and any related applications, websites, APIs, and services (collectively, the "Services") — provided under the Longeron brand (formerly JASSCO) by Turbsol Management, LLC ("Longeron", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

The Services are software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms designed for aviation parts and maintenance organizations to streamline quality control, documentation, compliance, quoting, and finance workflows. They include, depending on your subscription:

  • AvPics — quality photo capture and organization for inbound and outbound inspections, available on the web and as a native iOS mobile application, with barcode/QR scanning, on-device camera capture, watermarking, and generation of photo and inspection-report PDFs.
  • Filing Assistant — aviation compliance paperwork verification, filing checklists, spot checks, and document organization, including surfacing related records and files from your ERP.
  • QuoteDeck — request-for-quote intake and customer-quote creation, including writing quotes and related records back to your connected ERP.
  • Finance — read-only operational analytics over your ERP data (AR aging, payables, margin, part lineage, and geographic/relationship views), and optional AI-assisted summaries.
  • Station — mounted-device quality capture workflows.
  • Integrations — connections to aviation ERP systems (including AvSight (Salesforce), Smart145, Quantum Control, Quick Aviation, and others) and cloud storage providers (including Microsoft OneDrive, SharePoint, Google Drive, Dropbox Business, and Box).

Features available to you depend on your license tier and enabled modules. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

3. Mobile Application & Device Permissions

The AvPics mobile application (the "Mobile App") is distributed through the Apple App Store and is subject to these Terms in addition to the App Store's terms.

  • Device permissions. The Mobile App requests access to your device camera and photo library to capture and attach inspection photos, and may request local storage and network access to sync captures. You may manage these permissions in your device settings; denying them may limit functionality.
  • Apple as third-party beneficiary. These Terms are between you and Longeron, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Mobile App or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the Mobile App and no warranty obligations; any claims relating to the Mobile App are directed to Longeron, not Apple, except as required by law.
  • Compliance. You agree to use the Mobile App in compliance with the App Store Terms of Service and all applicable usage rules.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Services. Authentication may be provided through email/password or single sign-on (e.g., Microsoft Entra). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4.3 Seats & Licensing

Access is licensed per user/seat. You may not share a single seat among multiple individuals or exceed your licensed seat count without purchasing additional seats.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers, or circumvent rate limits or security controls
  • Upload malicious code or viruses
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, except where permitted by law
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Use the Services to store or transmit inappropriate or illegal content
  • Connect or upload data you are not authorized to access or disclose

6. Subscription and Payment

6.1 Pricing & Plans

The Services are offered on a subscription basis. Current published plans are:

  • Individual License — $70 per user/month (single user; AvPics, Filing Assistant, and ERP integration)
  • Individual Pro License — $100 per user/month (single user; all features, including QuoteDeck and Finance)
  • Team License — $74.95 per seat/month, or 20% off when billed annually (AvPics + Filing Assistant)
  • Enterprise License — $104.95 per seat/month, or 20% off when billed annually (all features, including QuoteDeck)

The pricing published at jassco.net and in your order or written agreement is authoritative and controls in the event of any discrepancy. Plans, seat counts, and prices are subject to change with at least 30 days' notice for renewals.

6.2 Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually depending on the plan, through our payment processor (Stripe) or, where agreed, by invoice on net terms. You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method for all applicable fees and taxes. Failed or overdue payments may result in suspension of access (subject to Section 12.4).

6.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, we do not provide refunds for partial periods or unused services.

7. AI & Automated Processing

Certain features (for example, the in-app compliance assistant, document drafting, and Finance summaries) use third-party large-language-model providers (currently Anthropic) to process the specific inputs you submit and relevant Customer Data in order to generate responses. When you use these features:

  • The relevant inputs and context are transmitted to the AI provider solely to produce the requested output.
  • We do not permit, and our AI providers contractually do not, use your Customer Data to train their foundation models.
  • AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. It is provided as assistance only and must not be relied upon as a substitute for professional, regulatory, or airworthiness judgment (see Section 8). You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-assisted output before acting on it.

8. Aviation Regulatory Disclaimer

The Services are documentation, workflow, and record-keeping tools. They do not perform maintenance, do not make airworthiness determinations, and do not constitute approval, certification, or release-to-service of any aircraft part or article.

  • You remain solely responsible for compliance with all applicable aviation regulations and standards (including FAA, EASA, ASA-100, AC 00-56, ATA Spec 106, and ITAR/EAR), and for the accuracy, completeness, and retention of your inspection records, traceability documents, and certifications.
  • You are responsible for retaining records for the periods required by your quality system and applicable regulation, independent of the Services.
  • Longeron is not a certificated repair station, distributor of record, or party to your transactions, and makes no representation that any documentation produced through the Services satisfies any particular regulatory requirement.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Our Property

The Services and all related technology, including software, designs, and trademarks, are the property of Turbsol Management, LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

9.2 Your Content

You and your organization retain all rights, title, and interest in and to all data, photos, documents, inspection records, quotes, and any other content you upload, create, or store using the Services ("Customer Data"). Longeron does not claim ownership of Customer Data under any circumstances.

By using the Services, you grant Longeron a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to host, store, process, transmit, and display Customer Data solely to provide, maintain, secure, and support the Services (including via the sub-processors described in Section 10). This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account.

Longeron will not:

  • Use Customer Data for advertising, marketing, or promotional purposes
  • Sell, rent, or trade Customer Data to third parties
  • Use Customer Data to train machine-learning or AI foundation models
  • Access Customer Data except as necessary to provide support or maintain the Services
  • Claim any intellectual property rights over Customer Data

10. Third-Party Integrations & Sub-Processors

The Services integrate with third-party systems that you choose to connect (such as AvSight/Salesforce, Smart145, and cloud storage providers). We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of those services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms. You are responsible for having the right to connect them and for the credentials you provide.

To operate the Services, we use a limited set of sub-processors, including: Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage, backed by AWS), Vercel (application hosting), Stripe (payment processing), Anthropic (AI features), and Microsoft (single sign-on and Microsoft Graph/SharePoint, where used). Our handling of personal data and the current sub-processor list are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

11.1 Service Availability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any output (including AI-assisted output) is accurate or complete.

11.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turbsol Management, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Turbsol Management, LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Data Backup and Loss

While we implement backup procedures, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data. We are not liable for any data loss.

14. Service Discontinuation and Data Portability

14.1 Your Right to Export

You may export your Customer Data at any time during your active subscription. We provide data export tools and will assist with reasonable export requests.

14.2 Service Wind-Down

If Longeron discontinues the Services, we will:

  • Provide at least 90 days advance written notice to all active customers
  • Maintain read-only access to Customer Data during the wind-down period
  • Provide data export tools and reasonable assistance to extract all Customer Data
  • Not delete Customer Data until the customer has confirmed export or the wind-down period has expired

14.3 Business Continuity

In the event of a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or dissolution of Turbsol Management, LLC:

  • Customer Data remains the property of the customer and is not an asset of Turbsol Management, LLC
  • Any successor entity must honor existing data protection obligations
  • Customers will be notified and given the opportunity to export their data before any transition

14.4 No Data Hostage

Under no circumstances will Longeron withhold access to Customer Data as leverage in any commercial dispute. Customers may always retrieve their data regardless of account standing or payment status.

15. Corporate Structure and Liability Separation

15.1 Corporate Structure

Longeron is a brand owned and operated by Turbsol Management, LLC, which is the legal entity responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of the Services. References to "Longeron" in these Terms refer to Turbsol Management, LLC. Longeron is not affiliated with, owned by, or a subsidiary of any customer organization. Customer relationships and integrations do not create any agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship.

15.2 Customer Content Independence

Customer Data stored in the Services is logically and operationally separate from Longeron's own operational data. Customer Data is not commingled with Longeron's proprietary data and is not treated as an asset of Turbsol Management, LLC in any financial, legal, or corporate proceeding.

15.3 Mutual Protection

  • Longeron's intellectual property (software, designs, trademarks) remains the property of Turbsol Management, LLC regardless of customer relationships
  • Customer intellectual property (trade secrets, proprietary processes, inspection methodologies) uploaded to the Services remains the exclusive property of the customer
  • Neither party acquires rights to the other party's intellectual property through use of the Services

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for violations of these Terms or as otherwise permitted. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases; however, your right to retrieve Customer Data under Sections 14.1 and 14.4 survives.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, United States.

18. Export Compliance

You shall comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations, including International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions programs. You are responsible for ensuring that any data you upload and any access you grant comply with such laws.

19. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
